Deze opdrachten worden opgedeeld in twee fases: de <a href=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/design\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/design\/\">ontwerpfase<\/a> en de <a href=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/construction\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/construction\/\">uitvoeringsfase<\/a>. In de <a href=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/design\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/design\/\">ontwerpfase<\/a> is het de bedoeling om het project zo goed mogelijk uit te werken naar de richtlijnen van de &#8216;klant&#8217;. In de <a href=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/construction\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/construction\/\">uitvoeringsfase<\/a> wordt de uitwerking verder uitgevoerd door grondplannen, gevels, snedes en details op te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#b61460;color:#b61460\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#b61460\">The projects are semestrial assignments. These assignments are divided into two phases: the <a href=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/design\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/design\/\">design phase<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/construction\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/construction\/\">construction phase<\/a>. In the <a href=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/design\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/emielvandevyvere.be\/index.php\/design\/\">design phase<\/a>, the aim is to elaborate the project to the best of the &#8216;client&#8217;s&#8217; guidelines.
